Senior Brand Designer
Introduction
We’re looking for a Senior Brand Designer to join our Stockholm team. As a senior brand designer at Bold, you’ll be a dedicated design lead on projects – authoring concepts, defining design directions, and ensuring every deliverable meets our studio’s high standards in both craft and concept. You’re a confident, thoughtful designer with a strong point of view, and you know how to turn strategic thinking into distinctive, impactful brand experiences.
In this role, you’ll work across a wide range of projects and touchpoints: from building holistic identity systems for global brands to crafting the smallest design details – and everything in between. You’ll collaborate closely with strategists, designers, creative partners, and clients to bring ideas from insight to execution, creating brands that stand for something. Brands that break convention. Brands that last.
What You’ll Do
Co-lead visual exploration and develop bold, distinctive brand concepts together with the team.
Independently drive key parts of the brand process – from early insight to finished expression.
Deliver design work of the highest creative and craft standards.
Build robust, coherent systems that are as thoughtful in structure as they are in expression.
Solve strategic and visual challenges for clients of all sizes, across industries and touchpoints.
Maintain an exceptional level of design craft – always pushing for clarity, quality and originality.
Coordinate design delivery throughout the project timeline, ensuring momentum and precision.
Delegate tasks and distribute work within the team to make the best use of everyone’s strengths.
Create clear, compelling presentations and confidently articulate ideas in front of clients.
What We’re Looking For
You bring 7+ years of professional experience in brand design and a proven ability to think conceptually and strategically – turning insight and strategy into impactful, beautifully executed design.
You have international experience gained within a creative agency or an in-house creative department.
You move seamlessly between brand and digital experience. Experience in digital product design and UX/UI is considered a strong advantage.
You’re a systems thinker who understands not only what a client asks for, but what their brand truly needs to work across touchpoints, channels and real-world implementation. You know how to build identities that live, move and scale.
You thrive in collaboration, communicating clearly with designers across disciplines – from digital to motion – and contributing constructively to a shared creative vision.
We work across all industries, but knowledge, interest and experience in entertainment and gaming is highly valued.
You are curious, passionate and self-driven, bringing a positive spirit and a team-first mindset. You’re comfortable working autonomously, yet energised by collective problem-solving.
You have strong written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English.
