About the role
Key Responsibilities and Goals:
• Drive and implement our business strategy focused on business development through Digital Brand Experiences.
• Manage revenue and investments in alignment with the strategy and budget.
• Collaborate closely with the other departments within Bold to ensure consistency, efficiency, and seamless integration across projects.
Primary Tasks:
• Identify and attract new clients, driving associated sales efforts to secure new business opportunities.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster long-term growth.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a dynamic, high-performing digital team capable of executing a wide variety of projects successfully.
• Plan, implement, and oversee digital projects from inception to completion.
Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years in a similar leadership role.
• Proven experience in comparable projects or initiatives. Global experience, multiple markets a plus.
• Solid understanding of the design and branding industry.
Skills:
• Strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to drive and close sales.
• Demonstrated experience in building and leading effective teams.
• Extensive knowledge at the intersection of branding, technology, and design.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Leading workshops and strategy sessions with clients to align digital goals with branding objectives.
