As a senior brand designer, you will be a dedicated design lead on projects, shaping the design, leading, collaborating with the team, and making sure the delivery is at its highest quality. You are the driver of the creative solutions and design output, a confident and brilliant designer. In this role, you will work with design on various scales and touchpoints – from creating holistic design systems to logotypes, colors, typography, and more. You'll be working with teams and clients to translate strategic thinking into brilliant design ideas from concept through completion.

What you'll do

• Produce the highest level of designs and creativity
• Solve strategic and visual problems for both big and small clients
• Pursue and maintain an exceptional level of design craft
• Coordinate design delivery across the project timeline
• Distribute work and delegate tasks to the team, making sure each team member is being utilized effectively.
• Create high-quality presentations and being able to verbalize and present ideas in front of clients

Who we think you are you are

• You have 5-7 years of professional experience within branding design
• You have great conceptual and strategic thinking, generating interesting and high-quality creative work
• Great conceptual thinking with the ability to translate strategy into a creative and compelling design solution
• You have a strong understanding of what makes a brand work across different touchpoints and mediums.
• You are effective in communicating and collaborating with team members specialized in other mediums such as digital and motion design
• You are curious, passionate, and constructive
• You are autonomous and self-motivated
• A positive spirit, you are a true collaborator and a team player
• Strong written and verbal English skills
